Lindbergh Baby Murder Commemorated in New Portraits

The Hunterdon County Bar Association is commemorating the trial that followed the kidnapping and murder of Charles Lindbergh’s infant son.

The community is invited to the unveiling of portraits in the Hunterdon County Historic Court House of four principals in the 1935 Bruno Hauptmann trial: the trial judge, Justice Thomas Trenchard; New Jersey’s attorney general, David T. Wilentz; the county prosecutor, Anthony Hauck; and defense attorney C. Lloyd Fisher.
